Celt on Carmarthen game

RGC head to Carmarthen Quins off the back of the impressive win against Newport.

Celt Ffransis-Roberts knows they need to back up the performance, if they are to get something from the game -

“As much as we enjoyed last Saturday, not just the win but the performance against Newport, that feeling soon disappears if we don’t back it up on the road.

“We’ve won two at home but are still looking for our first away victory, so that’s the challenge against Carmarthen. We know it’s going to be a tough game. It’s a ground we know well, and we also know what can happen if we don’t reach the performance levels we’re capable of.

“We have an opportunity to start building a bit of a run, with two home games to follow, so we need to take advantage of that and carry last week’s performance into Saturday.”
