Former RGC Hooker Brodie Coghlan Called Up to Wales Squad

Hooker named for Autumn Games

Former RGC hooker Brodie Coghlan has received a call-up to the Wales national squad ahead of the upcoming Autumn internationals.

Coghlan, who joined RGC in 2021, quickly made a strong impression at Stadiwm Eirias before moving back down south to join the Dragons. His consistent performances and work rate have now earned him recognition at the highest level.

RGC have expressed their pride in Brodie reaching this milestone.

Performance Manager Josh Leach "Congratulations to former RGC player Brodie Coghlan, who has been selected for the Wales Men’s National Squad for the 2025 Quilter Nations Series. Brodie came to RGC on loan from Dragons Academy, and following a strong season at RGC in which he made great progress under Ceri Jones, Brodie was promoted to the Dragons Senior Squad. Since being back with the Dragons, Brodie has continued to progress, and it’s great to see him in getting an opportunity in the National Squad."
