North Wales Senior Cup

NWRUC cup rules for organising fixtures:

1. Fixtures must be played by the due date as stipulated by the organising committee.

2. It is the responsibility of the home team to arrange a date for the fixture with the away team, within 3 weeks of the due date. The sooner a date is agreed the easier it is for all concerned. Leaving any arrangements until the last week is not an option.

3. The home team must offer at least 2 alternative dates, as well as the due date (3 in total). If an agreed date cannot be found then the game must be played on the due date. A team not able to play on the dates must explain why to the organising committee. One or both teams may be disqualified.

4. If the home team do not make contact with the away team within 3 weeks of the due date they will lose home advantage.

5. To avoid any misunderstanding it is recommended that an email/whattsap trail be kept.

6. Once the date for the fixture has been confirmed, it is the responsibility of the home team to notify the organising committee ysgrifennydd@nwruc.wales and the referee's department.
